By using Snagly (Zyntec) you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
What Snagly is
Snagly is a tool for recording, tracking and reporting defects (snags, punch list items). Reports reflect what you record; they are not a certification, survey or inspection by us.
AI suggestions
Items created from voice notes and suggested defect titles are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You review them before they are saved and you are responsible for the content of your reports.
AI features are subject to fair-use limits to keep the service available for everyone.
Subscriptions
Snagly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly) charged to your Apple Account. The yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial for eligible users; if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app.
Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy.
The free plan includes one active project. When Pro ends, your projects are not deleted.
Your content
Your projects, photos, plans and reports belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important.
Only record, photograph and share places, documents and people's details you are allowed to, and follow the privacy rules that apply to you and your clients.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or its AI features, for example by trying to get around limits, sending content you have no right to share, or interfering with the service.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or decisions made on the basis of a report. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
These terms may be updated; significant changes are published on this page with a date.
