Restore my purchase
Open Settings › Upgrade to Pro and tap Restore Purchases. Pro unlocks on every iPhone and iPad signed in with the same Apple Account.
Cancel or change the subscription
iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Snagly, or Settings › Manage subscription in the app. Pro stays active until the end of the period; your projects are not deleted.
Voice notes don't work
Allow microphone and speech recognition access in iPhone Settings › Snagly. The free plan includes a limited number of voice notes each month; Pro lifts the monthly limit. Offline, your note is saved as a single item and split into items automatically when you're back online.
Add a floor plan
Open a project, go to the Plan tab and import a PDF drawing, an image of the plan or a Truewall floor plan. Long-press on the plan to drop a pin.
Move projects to another device
With Pro, share a project as a project file (for example via AirDrop or Files) and open it in Snagly on the other device.
Delete my data
Delete projects in the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data from your device. For the anonymous purchase or AI usage records, write to us.
